what do you do in those moments when you just cant fall asleep?
consider implementing this strategy:
(And mind you, you will have to perservere over your negative self talk or the random worrying for your day to come etc. etc. but if you hold your focus.....well......you will LOVE that you did...)
** Beginning from the top of your head (your hair to be exact), tell yourself how much you love your hair. Then move your awareness to your eyes..tell your eyes how much you love what they do for you...how much they allow you to see in the world. Love your mouth and the beautiful words it allows you to say to yourself and to others. Move your attention to every part of your body that calls out to you (pops into your awaress) and tell those parts of you how much you love....YOU. And next time, start from your toes and work your way up.
you will be amazed when you bring into your awareness what ALL the parts of YOU do for YOU.
acknowledge them. love them. inspire them to keep doing good FOR YOU.
i promise...you will fall alseep peacefully....and in a powerful state of self love. You probably wont even be able to tell all the parts of you all the gratitude you hold ....thats for another night...
