Something I like to do for the New Year is to look back and see what I have learned....1) Getting a Master's Degree is expensive, so choose wisely.

6) Little spirit babies have their own timing.
7) Boulder Colorado is a better place to visit.
8) Moving across the country is expensive.
9) Sometimes you can find yourself trying to catch up with yourself.
10) Commuting a long way to work to and through downtown Portland really does take its toll on your soul...if you dont use your time wisely.
11) Spirituality takes work.
12) Automatic self-cleaning litter boxes are just as finicky as cats.
13) The people of Puerto Rico are incredibly generous.
14) Portlanders are incredibly friendly.
15) I feel better overall at sea level.
16) I love the ocean....preferrably the warm tropical kind.
17) The rain does get to me.....the sun is a needed element.
18) Blogging nourishes my spirit.
19) The older I get, the more I need my family around.
20) A relationship isnt about being ready for it, its about being ready to sacrifice for it.
21) Acupuncture is medicine.
22) Committing to a wedding date and location is harder than I thought.
23) Bio-illuminescent bays are truly magical.
24) You really can fall in love at the airport.
25) Pregnancy is more physically challenging than I anticipated and more spiritual than I imagined.
So what is to come in the New Year??My 30th birthday. A new addition to the family. Our first summer in Portland. Another trip (hopefully) to Puerto Rico. Evolution of our dream careers. Our baby's first Xmas. A wedding....
We'll see how much I learn after this coming year...from the looks of it, I think it will be a lot!
WISHING EVERYONE A WONDEROUS NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!! MAY ALL YOUR WILDEST DREAMS COME TRUE!
