Energy LIFESAVER!

After doing all those things that are good for you (i.e. eating healthy, working out, yoga, relaxing etc.), have you still found yourself kinda
drained at the end of the day?
Or have you felt really good after a work out and meditation and then gone to work, school or even the store and found yourself not feeling as well you did when you began? This has been happening to me for as long as I can remember- but I just figured thats the way it was! I just thought that sometimes we get drained! But then it dawned on me- i have tended to my physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body- but have never really taken the time to tend to my energetic body- the one that keeps all of me contained within my little space in this world. Some may not be convinced of this energetic body, but I know you have experienced at one time in your life when someone was "in your space" and you didnt feel comfortable so you tried to regain it by adding more space between you and them. Or perhaps you have walked into a place, any place, and it just didnt feel good to you - although you couldn't really put your finger on exactly WHY it didnt feel good to you- it just didnt!
This is your energy body talking to you- your energy body is a part of YOU.
Your energy body is just as real as your physical body! Dont believe me? Read on..

I read somewhere that if you have ever been in an abusive relationship, around or involved with angry or violent people, or endured some sort of trauma then your energy body can experience tears where your energy leaks out and other energies can come in. This got me thinking. After realizing that I have never taken the time to tend to my energy body on a daily basis, I began to look at my own life and all the days that I felt drained. It was usually when I left my own home (safe haven), and mixed among people. I decided that I would take time to acknowledge and nurture my energy body every day. The results I have experienced have been remarkable! I feel contained. I feel protected within my own "space". I feel safe to be who I am. I feel more balanced and I even feel more appreciated by my own self! It sounds too good to be true I know....
But how many times in your life do you feel drained?
Have you ever felt that little bits of your energy were just going.. going.. gone?
I believe that people are innately good. But if you are around a bunch of people who are not protecting and managing their own energy bodies, then how many of them are leaking out their energy and needing more?? So where does that leave you if your energies are free to be used by others who dont have enough energy of their own?
Have you ever been around someone and taken on their energy?
Have you ever felt someone else's "stuff"? Have you ever gotten in a "mood" and you dont know why all of a sudden you are depressed or angry or sad or unmotivated but you decided that it was your mood to deal with?
Have you ever thought to ask yourself in those times "is this MY emotion
or am I taking on someone else's emotion"?
So the proof is in the pudding. If you answered yes to any one of the above questions then I would highly suggest that you implement some energy saving strategies of your own. I will give you part of my strategy/energy exercise that I do every day. You can add to it any thing that you want-- from chakras to you name it! Your sky's the limit! Remember, YOU add your details that feel good and that are true to who you are!

Energy Saving/Nurturing/Protecting Strategy:
**Find a moment .....Notice your energy space- feel how far or how close it sits in proximity to your physical body (it may change from day to day).
**Once you have found your energy body, visualize it being cleared with white light (or something that feels purifying).
**Then ask (you can ask your guides or angels or God or Universe- whatever feels good):
"I ask for any attachments to my energy field that are not mine, please gently and peacefully release and go back to its rightful owner in light and in love- I am grateful for all the lessons and learnings."
**Then begin to notice any energy chords or attachtments that do not belong to you - just feel them coming off of your energy field- you may even feel it in my physical body too.
**Then after you feel those energy chords fall away you say:
"I ask for my energy attachments that are out there to please release gently and peacefully and come back to me in light and in love- I am grateful for all the lessons and learnings." and then feel your chords come back to you- you may feel your energy field fill up!
**then you clear your aura again with white healing light.
**and the final step is to then visualize a pink violet transparent bubble to surround your energy body/space to ensure your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic well-being.
You are setting your intention for who you are in this world.

In doing this exercise daily, you will notice positive changes. What those changes are is up to you! If you would like to share your experiences with this strategy, all comments are welcome.
